Open Arena and go to Settings → Subscription, then choose Restore Purchases. On iPhone or iPad this restores through the Apple ID that made the purchase; on Android it restores through your Google Play account. If you subscribed on the web, manage or restore your plan from the billing link in Settings. If your subscription still doesn't appear, email us and we'll sort it out.
Email support@arenaapp.com with a short description of what happened, the steps to reproduce it, your device and OS version, and a screenshot if you have one. The more detail you share, the faster we can track it down and fix it.
