Privacy Policy

Arena is a sports prediction and credibility platform. It is not a gambling or wagering service: there is nothing to bet, deposit, win, or cash out. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.

Information we collect

• Account information — your email address and name are handled by our authentication provider (Clerk) when you sign in or sign up. We store a display name, username, account type, and optional profile details (bio, avatar).
• Content you create — predictions, backs/fades, comments, and posts.
• Usage data — basic activity such as profile and prediction views, used to compute rankings and creator analytics.
• Subscription data — if you subscribe, our payment processors (Stripe on the web; Apple App Store or Google Play for in-app purchases) process your payment. We never receive or store your full card details.

How we use information

• To operate the service: authentication, predictions, scoring, ranks, titles, and badges.
• To provide subscription features and manage entitlements.
• To maintain platform integrity and prevent abuse.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers that make the app work (authentication, payments, hosting) and where required by law.

Data retention & deletion

You can delete your account at any time in the app (Settings → Delete account) or by requesting deletion at our account deletion page. When you delete your account, your sign-in identity and personal profile data are removed; historical predictions may be retained in anonymized form so scoring and leaderboards remain consistent.

Children

Arena is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your region).
