Account & Data Deletion

You can request deletion of your Arena account and associated personal data at any time.

Delete in the app (fastest)

Open Arena, go to Settings → Delete account, and confirm. This permanently removes your sign-in identity and personal profile data immediately.

Request deletion by email

If you cannot access the app, email wpatrade@wpatrade.com from the address associated with your account with the subject "Account deletion request". We will verify ownership and process the request.

What is deleted

Your authentication identity (email/login) is permanently removed.
Your personal profile data (display name, username, bio, avatar, interests) is removed.
Your personal relationships (follows) and notifications are removed.

What may be retained

Historical predictions and their outcomes may be retained in anonymized form (no longer linked to you) so that scoring, leaderboards, and resolved-bet history remain accurate for other users. Retention is limited to what is necessary for these purposes or required by law.
