By using Arena, you agree to these terms.

What Arena is

Arena is a sports prediction and credibility platform. Predictors post locked sports predictions, others back or fade them, and an administrator resolves outcomes to update scores, ranks, titles, and badges. Arena is not gambling. There is no wagering, no deposits, no winnings, and no payouts — only credibility. Any odds shown are context to indicate difficulty, never something to bet on.

Your account

• You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your credentials secure.
• You must provide accurate information and comply with applicable laws.
• You must not abuse, scrape, or attempt to disrupt the service, and you must not post unlawful, harmful, or infringing content.

Subscriptions

Arena offers optional paid subscription tiers. On the web, subscriptions are processed by Stripe. In the iOS and Android apps, subscriptions are processed as in-app purchases through the Apple App Store or Google Play and are governed by those stores' terms. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; you can manage or cancel through the platform where you subscribed. In-app purchases are billed to your App Store or Google Play account.

Content

You retain ownership of the content you create and grant Arena a license to display and distribute it within the service. We may remove content or accounts that violate these terms.

Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" without warranties. Predictions are opinions, not advice. To the extent permitted by law, Arena is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Changes

We may update these terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
